In 2014, Nathalie Lenormand-Degenetais decided to start making goat cheese, concurrent with the farm run by her husband. She started with one goat... and she now has 21 goats.
She does everything from start to finish, from milking the goats to selling her product, and of course including cheese making. “I love working with animals”, she said, “but also meeting with the customers, at markets for example.” Most of them have become loyal customers: “the best compliment I’ve heard is of course that my cheese is excellent! And I am delighted to see most of my customers come back.” Log, pyramid, faisselle curd cheese, raw milk, "petit fossé" and "grand fossé", etc. You can find them at markets or directly at the farm!
